Take those pictures..

I just wanted to write something about the importance of pictures and how it doesn’t matter what you use to take a picture. I didn’t know it at the time but the picture below would become one of my most important and precious.

Not long settled into my first bought home, the sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and we take a moment to reflect after lunch. I could see the picture in my head, thought this will probably look quite cool. I couldn’t be bothered to find a ‘proper’ camera so instead used my phone, propped up on some stuff I pulled out of the garage.

Maisy was sitting on the grass enjoying the sun until I started setting up the shot, she always knew when the camera was on her and didn’t enjoy it but she slowly pottered into view as the timer counted down.

This picture was taken on the 17th April and just 11 days later our little Beagle girl Maisy would no longer be with us.

Photograph the everyday, it will be important.
